We will notify you if we do not accept the sale before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before items are dispatched. The product(s) you ordered are out of stock. We will inform you of this by email. You will not be charged for any products that are out of stock. We will inform you once they come back into stock but you must place a new order if you wish to order the item(s) again.
We were unable to authorize your payment. We will inform you of this by email. Your order will be canceled and you must place your order again if you wish to purchase the item(s) by another method.
We identify that the product you ordered was priced incorrectly or the description contained incorrect details. We will email you to inform you of this with the revised details and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order.
You have breached the user Terms & Conditions. We will inform you of this and your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for it.

We are not liable for any delays to our stated delivery times and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to process your payment.
We cannot guarantee an assigned delivery time for your items. If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will try again at a different time of day.
We accept no liability for items once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of our delivery partners. Once orders have been dispatched we consider the sale to have been completed and the risk of loss is passed onto you.
We accept no responsibility if your card details or the Site’s username and password are used by another person because you have knowingly or unknowingly shared them outside the Site. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

Title to Goods: Title to the items in your order will pass to you on the later of the day on which: (i) you pay us in full for those items; or (ii) the day you receive the items. Risk in the items in your order passes to you on delivery to the address detailed in the order.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy Yalla Baby Box understands that getting your items on-time and in perfect condition is important to you. We make every effort and are truly committed to process your order as quickly and pleasant as possible and provide our customers with free-for-all delivery service. In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, local deliveries are carried by our own fleet and Yalla Baby Box personnel. We have an in-house delivery team to ensure your items arrive in the speediest and safest way possible. Please note that all days referenced are working days (Saturday -Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines displayed above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from order confirmation. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside of our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement. Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays and Fridays(will be delivered next day). We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched.

Please note that an additional charge of 5% applies for any order paid for by COD(Cash on Delivery).

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.

Items must not be opened/damaged.
You can place a new order for the same item in a different size or just to order any other item.
